(Reuter'g Telegram.) (Received 10th April, noon.) ROME, 9th April.
The doctors say that Signor Mussolini will not be disfigured by the wound in his nose.
Before going to Tripoli, Signor Mussolini expressed particular gratification at tho many messages of sympathy and regret from tho British people.
The newspaper "Messaggero," in an inspired statement, says that the attention of foreign Governments should bo called to the anti-Mussolini and antiFascist campaign which is being conducted by a section of their Press, as it is liable to cloud the cordial relations which Italy wishes to maintain, with them.
