The New Zealand Meat Producers Board has received the following cable from its London office, dated Ist April,, advising Smithfleld delivered prices at that date as follow:—

New Zealand lamb: Cantorbury quality (new season's), 36 and under 10»/ 4 d, 37 to 42 10y t d, 43 to 50 9%d; seconds, 9%d; selected brands (new season's), 36 and under 10% d, 37 to 42 10d; other brands, first quality (new season's), 42 and under, Q\i\ seconds, 9Jd. New Zealand beef: Ox fore, 3%d, hinds 4%d; cow fores nil, hinds nil.

Argentine chilled beef: Ox fores 3d, hinds Cd.

Lamb: Consumption continues good. Mutton market Blow, except as regards lightweight wethers.
