(Bj Telegraph.—Prets Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. The annual meeting of the"?ifew Zealand Bugby Eeferees' Assoicatioh was held this morning. A motion by Mr. Cliffe (Auckland) that the hcadquarterse be moved every three years was lost. Begarding the appointment of referees, it was decided that it be a recommendation to the various Bugby Unions that in the appointments for interprovincial matches, these be made by the Appointment Board in the district where the matches are played. Further, that the appointment of referees for ordinary championship matches should be by an appointment committee consisting of referees wholly. It was decided to hold the next conference in the Wairarapa district, either at Masterton or Carterton. ' Mr. D. M'Kenzie (Wellington) was re-elected president.
