NEW YORK, 31st,March. A telegram from Fairbanks says that the first Wilkins expedition airplane left for Point Barrow loaded with 3000 pounds of provisions, Captain Wilkins being aboard as navigator. The 'plane was the expedition's smallest one, and will probably return to Fairbanks tomorrow. -
