The Federal S.N. Company's steamer Middlesex is. reported to have arrived at New York on I'uesday morning, en route from Wellington to Boston, West Coast ports of Great Britain, and London. The vessel sailed from Wellington on the '28th February.

SYDNEY STEAMER ULIMAROA.
