MAGISTRATE'S COURT

F. O'Lcary, for tho defence, asked that tho penalties be increased ' by one shilling each in order to allow an appeal to bo made, if that course , was decided upon. Tho application was granted. Theo Walters was fined £2 for being illegally on licensed premises after hours.
