The Social Democrats moved a motion in the Assembly demanding the Ministry's immediate resignation, and the supplanting of Admiral, Horthy's regency by a State Council. The motion was followed by most stormy scenes, in which tho Social Democrats declared that the Bcthlen Party was involved in the forged notes scandal. : '
