KARORI CLUB
On Saturday the Karori Club fired tbe first stage of the C.A.C. Cup and Bertram Cup competition, for scratch men and handicap men respectively, at 800, 900, and 100» yards. The seventh fortnightly competition was also commenced. Considering the very cboppy wind which prevailed at times, Bifieman M. Boon's 95 off the rifle (with ii Feasible at 800 yards) was a fine effort. Biteman G. W. Boddy, shooting consistently, gained the club standard (92) with his handicap, and Rifleman H. J.
