NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION
GENEROUS ACTION OF PETONE RIFLE CLUB.
At the 1925 New Zealand rifle championship meeting the Petone Rifle Club put up a fine performance in Winning outright the handsome silver shield presented by the Colonial Ammunition Co. for competition in the rifle club champion teams match. In true sporting spirit the, club has handed the shield back to the asaociatictn for further competition, and it.will in future be known as the Petone Pane Club- Aggregate Rliield. This is the fourth valuable •trophy handed back to the association durins the last three years, which shows im admirable spirit animating the rifle Bhots of the Dominion.
