The final game of the four played in a special competition over a course consisting of all but one shot holes, bogey threes, was completed last week-end. G. Cook won Mr. Pulley's £3 3s trophy for the best two net rounds, 62 and 64,126-16—110, with E. Capstick as runner-up, 7J and 74, 145----32—113. J. Gilbertson won Mr. Pulley's £2 2s trophy for the best two gross rounds with 62 and 61—123. C. F. Pulley and J. Gilbertson divide a box of balls donated by Mr. B. C. Kirk for the best gross round, 61 each. G. Cook was also the winner of a £1 Is trophy for the best net score for the whole four rounds, 64, 65, 70, 62—261-32—229.
