HARBOUR EXCURSIONS

The Petone Municipal Band will play selectionß on the Kerry Wharf and ou the journey across the harbour to-mor-row. The band will also render an openair concert at Day's Bay Pavilion during the afternoon. This amusement should attract a large crowd, and in addition to the music that will be supplied parents and children may swim.in perfect safety on the beaches at Day's and Rona Bays. The beautiful bush at Day's Bay alone should attract picnic parties. Tennis courts are open at Day's and Rona Bays, where the game may be played under ideal conditions on either gras3 or asphalt. The time-table for to-morrow's ferry service appears in the advertising columns.
