LONDON, 22nd January. Dr. Robert; Bell, tho noted cancer authority, is dend. His death recalls tho conflict with high authorities on cancer treatment, which led to his suing the British Medical Council in 1912 for libel over an article in the "British Medical Journel," entitled "Cancer Credulity and Quackery." He was awarded £2000 damages.
