LIMITED KILLING RATE

ADOPTED BY FEILDING MEN,

(BI TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.)

FEILDING, This Day.

The slaughtermen at the Feilding freezing works instituted "go-slow" this morning, handling only four lambs per hour. The men mado % claims for increased rates, similar to those made at other works, and the company declined to concede them. The matter is not so serious as it would have been a few weeks ago, as the rush of lambs is practically over, and owing to the rains the farmers can hold their stock, having plenty of feed.
