At New Plymouth. (N.Z.S. Co.) KABORI FROM NEWCASTLE. The Union Company's collier Karori arrived In the stream at 7 o'clock this morning from Newcastle. Pratique was granted, and she berthed at the Miramar Wharf at 9.45 a.m. to commence discharge. The Karori is in command of Captain H. Doyle, and associated with him are the following officers: — First, Mr. P. Ryan; second, Mr. It, Tulloch; third, Mr. J. M'Nab; chief engineer, Mr. L. Calvert; second, Mr. N. Byrne; third, Mr. M. Hendarson. THE PORT HUNTER. The C. and D. Lino Etoamer Port Hunter left Walkokopu last night for New Plymouth to continue her Homeward loading. THE CAMBRIDGE. The Federal Co. advises that the Cambridge leaves Auckland on Wednesday night for Wellington, and Is due here on 22nd January to continue discharge of her Liverpool cargo. TRANSPACIFIC STEAMERS. The Hauralci left Sydney, on the Ilth Instant for Fanning Island and Vancouver. Sho Is duo at Vancouver on 4th February. The WaitemaU arrived at Vancouver on Bth January from Fiji, and Is expected to complete discharge of her sugar cargo today. The Walotapu, from Vancouver and San Frauclsco, is expected to clear San Francisco to-day for Auckland, Wellington, Melbourno, and Sydney. She Is duo at Auckland about 10th February. The Willaston (chartered steamer), from San Francisco, is duo at Napier to-day, and after discharge of part-cargo proceeds to Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and New Plymouth. The Waihcmo leaves Lyttelton about Ist February for .Vancouver. The Watruna, from Vancouver and San Francisco, left San Francisco on 29th December for AuclUaud, Wellington, Melbourne, and Sydney. She Is duo at Auckland about the 22nd Instant. The forward loading dates at Pacific coast ■ports are as follows: — The Waltcmata loads at Vancouver and San Francisco- during the present month, and is expected to clear San Francisco about 2nd February for Napier, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and New Plymouth. The Haurakl loads at Vancouver and San Francisco during February for Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Sydney. The waihomo' loads at Vancouver and San Francisco early in March for Napier, New Plymouth, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The ■ Wairuna loads at Vancouver and San Francisco late In March for New Zealand and Australian ports, to be fixed later. The Union Co. advises that ths Sussex leaves Lyttelton on Monday for Timaru, Duuedin, and Bluff to complete, discharge of her Eastern cargo. THE MARAMA. The Union Co. advises that the Marama aai.ed from Sydney at 10 o'clock yesterday morning for Auckland, where she is due on Tuesday next. ROYAL MAIL STEAMERS. The R M.M.S. Aorangi left Vancouver on Wednesday. She is due at Honolulu on Wednesday next, at Suva on 28th January, and at Auckland on 31st January. The R.M.S. Niagara left Sydney on Thursday, and is due at Auckland on Monday next. She will leave there on Tuesday for Suva, Honolulu, and Vancouver. The R.M.S. Makura from San Francisco is due at Wellington at daylight on Monday. She -will sail from here on Tuesday for Syd--6 The R.M.S. Tahiti, which left Wellington on sth January, and cleared Papeete ou 11th January, is duo at San Francisco on Friday next. MELBOURNE STEAMERS. The Moeraki leaves Melbourne to-day for Wellington; via- Milford Sound. The vessel is due here on Friday, and sails the next day on Hie return trip to Melbourne), via Lyttcltun, Dimedln. Bluff, and MiH'ord Sound. Tho Manuka sails from Dunedin to-day for Wellington, and is due licru to-morrow. She aails on Monday for Melbourne direct. ISLAND SERA-ICli. ' The Tofua is due at Suva on Wednesday nest from Tonga, and Samoa and will leave on Thursday for Auckland. The Kaikorat will leave Sydney on 25th January for Fiji and Auckland. ABAWA FKOM HOME. A wireless message has been received by the Shaw, Savill Company from the Aravra, stating that the vessel expects to arrive at Auckland on Thursday nest from Southampton. THE NORFOLK. The Federal S.-N. Co. advises that the Norfolk now leaves Napier on Wednesday for Wellington to continue discharge of her Liverpool cargo. Tho vessel i 3 due hero on Thursday. CARGO FROM NEW YORK. The local agency for the A. and A. Line has been advised of the departure of the steamer City of Norwich from New York on 10th January with cargo for discharge at Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru,'and Dunedin. The vessel should reach Auckland on 13tU February, and Wellington a week later. THE KENT ARRIVES. An arrival In port last evening was the steamer Kent from Napier, to complete loading for Home under the auspices of the New Zealand Shipping Company. The vessel, is expected to sail from here on 21st January for London, via Panama and Curacao. HERTFORD'S LOADING. To complete loading the Hertford leaves Wellington to-day for Glsboruo, Napier, nnd Auckland. She is expected to clear Auckland on 30th January for London, via Panama. THE WEST NIVARIA. The Swayne and Koyte Line steamer West Nivaria leaves Wellington to-day for Timaru, thence for Melbourne to complete discharge of her Pacific Coast cargo. THE MAKTABAN. The C. and D, Line's chartered steamer Martaban arrived at Wellington yesterday'afternoon from Auckland to put out a quantity of her New York merchandise. The vessel leaves here on Tuesday for Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Wanganui to complete discharge Tho A. and A. Line steamer City of Shanghai leave 3 Wanganui to-day for Sydney.
