As the legal advisers of the Commonwealth Government are still examining the reasons Riven by the High Court Judges on .the validity of deportation measures, consideration of any action to be taken by the Government was deferred until after the holidays. Cabinet was to meet yesterday, when it was expected that the new Attorney-General (Mr. Latham) would be ready with his advice.
