The Finaiice Committee of the Ofiamber, in an all-night sitting, by 16 votes to 4 finally adopted the-< Government's financial proposals. The Committee decided that the sinking fund should buy up part of Eente iPerpetuelle securities, and authorised the Minister of Finance to ask the Bank of France for a fresh advance of 1,500,000 franca.
