VANCOUVER, 13tli November. The Admiral liner President M'Kinley, which berthed at Victoria to-day, reports hearing on 7th November, when nearing the 180 th meridian, a call from the Byuwo 1 Maru, asking for aid. The message said that tho bridge had gone in a. storm and tho vessel could transmit but not receive wireless. A later message stated that the ship did not need help, ami could make Honolulu under her own steam.
