It stated that , both, the- gentlemen named inspected the court and found that the artist had finished all the dioramas and was at present engaged in hanging, them in position. They both inspected all the courts, and they consider that the work of the artist is.excellent and pleasing in apr pearance, and they are delighted with the ' effort. The construction work is proceeding rapidly, but the carpenters and painters have been held up owing, to the "difficulty of securing plasterers. Those engaged in the contructiqn of the court are working until 10 p.m: daily, and will be fully occupied next Saturday , and Sunday. It is obvious, Row. ever, that the court will not be ready for the opening day, although some of the bays will be; ready to receive exhibits, The. opinion is' expressed ' that the Wellington-Nelson district undoubtcdlv will have an -'outstanding:'' court, and both the members of the^ committee are delighted with the way it is shaping. :. ■ ■ •.-.
