At the Supreme Court, in an action for divorce, with a claim for £500 damages, Joseph Henry Lomas, being the petitioner, Jane Lomas, the respondent, and Albert Lynch, the co-respondent, the jury found there had been misconduct, and awarded petitioner £150 damages. Mr. Justic* Herdnian entered judgment kccei'diugly, with i decrc* viii.
