From 6.30 this . evening motor traffic; will not be permitted in Courteuay place,,- between Tory and Tarahaki .streets, In Willis street from the Manners street corner, or in Lambton quay past the third results board. Traffic inspectors will be posted at. each corner to stop any traffic which attempts to make a way, /through. Car owners'are requested not to park their machines in Courtenay place, near His Majesty's Theatre, 1 and should run .them round to other "parks." A new resting place ior cars has ; been established in Jervois quay,'between, the city sub-station and Taranaki street, opposite John Chambers' ; on this-length cars must be.parked obliquely. . Trams will run to and from Lambton via Vivian (or Wallace), arid Cuba streets and Jervois quay. Karori and Wadestown cars will not run past the Government Buildings'and Brooklyn and Te Aro street cars past Manners street. Trains running to and from town by the Mount Victoria tunnel will not pass Courtenay place* :.. ■ '.-.'■ !
