"1 believe that the Locarno Agreement is so important to; tho peace of Europe that it should bo accepted by tho German Republic, and 1 shall throw all my strength and power toward. this end," said Dr. Paul Loebe, President of the Reichstag, who sailed on Thursday, after attending the Inter-Parliamen-tary Conference. Ho added that Germany would be in the league, "where she properly belongs," by the end of the year.
