The third anniversary of the Fascist march on Rome was celebrated at Milan by a grand review of twenty thousand black shirts, armed with machine guns, in tho presence of a hundred thousand people. Signor Mussolini, on horseback, wearing the uniform of a corporal of the militia, took the saluto of twenty thousand militia. Tho parade was harangued by Signor Mussolini, claiming that Fascism was the triumphant party. It now numcrcd three millions. Its ideals were deep-rooted in the hearts of the people.
