SHORTT'S THEATRE.
Two features are being screened at Shortt's Theatre to-day. Dorothy Mackaill leads the cast in "Chickie," a romance of a modern girl, in which she goes through many adventures. Constance Talmadge has the title role in "The Dangerous Maid," a story of the days following tho Monmouth rebellion, when tho blood-thirsty Judge Jeffreys was sending many to the gallows and.others into exile.'The programme also includes a 'scenic, two comedies, and a Topical Gazette.
