ARTCRAFT THEATRE.
Commencing at the Artcraft Theatre to-night, for a three nights' season only, Sessue Hayakawa, tho Jap-anese-American film star, makes a return agpearance on tho screen in "Where Lights are Low." Among the many episodes arc several interesting scenes laid in San Francisco's famous Chinatown before fire laid it ■waste. A j.Jathe News, Review, and comedy are included in the bill, all to appropriate music by James Haydock.
