(UEUrnil'S TELEQRAM.) (Received 29th October, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, 23th October. An official report issued at Athens on Wednesday afternoon says : "Tho Bulgarians this morning attacked the Greek
forces near Ratnna." On Wednesday afternoon it was officially announced from Sofia that : "The Greeks this morning u'red on a Bulgarian frontier post."
