The loss incurred by the Clergy Pensions Board of the .Anglican Church through tho granting of a mortgage of £7000 on a country property was discussed at the Diocesan Synod on Tuesday. The matter was introduced by Mr. J. 13. Lusk, who moved that tho report and accounts of tlie board be referred back, with a direction that a sum ot £3500 be written off the property.
