WANGANUI, 27th October. , Edward Malcolm Bcnbrook (four years of age)., was drowned in the Elver Aramoho to-day. With others, the child was standing near the bank, when his hat blew into the stream. He stepped to the edge and fell over the ledge. DUNEDIN, 27th October. Mrs. Caroline Kathleen Dalgleish, wife of Eiilph Dalgleish, of the Banquet Tearooms, ..Dunedin, whilst bathing at Karitane, got out of her depth and was drowned. The accident was witnessed by deceased's two sisters-in-law, Mesdiimes William and Richard Dalgleish, who were unable to render any assistance.
