A meeting of the Tocknical College Board of Governors was held last evening. There were present Messrs. W. H. Bennett (chair), J. 0. Shoriand, T. Ballingsr, 0. A. Lawrence, J. Road, T. Grimshaw, W. G. Gaudin, G. L. Stewart, W. JS. Howe, and Mrs.. James llniwali.
