SOFIA, 23rd (October. The Bulgarian Government'?* Note" to the League of Nations complains of a flagrant armed invasion, and.rjsserts that numerous Greek- detachments, > accompanied by artillery, invaded, Bulgarian : territory for eight, kilometres, and shelled and bombed the open tow.-o of Petrich. Pending action by the League, Bulgaria is refraining' from making resistance.

Bulgaria has appealed .to . the . Allied Military Control Commission.to visit the -frontier and inspect the danwge which ■the heavy artillery has inflicted on Petrich.
