N Owing to some members of her crew being absent the departure of the oil-tanker Agwipond was delayed. The vessel was to have | sailed on Saturday afternoon for Sun l'edro (California), but she was unable to clear port until yesterday morning. THE ATHENIC. ■ The Shaw-Savill liner Atheuic left Wellington yesterday morning for Timaru to load. The vessel is due back here on Friday to .j complete her cargo, and is to sail from tills port on the Sth November for Southampton and London, via Panama. THE TKEVERJ3VN". The A. aud A. Line- steamer Treverbyn arrived at Dunedin on Saturday from Lyttelton. She leaves on Wednesday for Hobart to put out the remainder of her New York cargo. DEVON'S DISCHARGE. To complete discharge of her Liverpool cargo the .Devon leaves Lytteltou on Thursday for Dunedin. The vessel afterwards loads in New Zealand under the auspices of the New Zealand Shipping Company. CAKGO FROM NEW YORK. Cable- advice has been received by the C. and D. Live that,the Port Pine sailed from New York on the 22nd October with cargo for discharge at Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lytteltou, and Dunediu.
