CRICKET
ALL MATCHES POSTPONED,
Owing to the state of the wickets consequent on the heavy rain of tho past few days it was decided this morning to postpone all cricket matches arranged for to-diuv.
Several matches have been arranged for Monday. At the Hutt the senior and junior teams of tho Mutt eleven will meet senior and junior teams from the Wairarapa. The following umpires have been appointed for these matches :; — Senior, Messrs. 0. Webb and W. K. Watts ; junior, Messrs. J. ]"!•. Burley and A. Tidmmi.
Teams representing iMidliiiid and Kilbirnic will meet at the Kilbirnie Roscrvo, and at Kelburn Park teams representing flic Wellington Cricket League and the Combined Press will meet at 10 o'clock.
