_ GISUOKNE, -This Day. On the arrival of the steamer Winjjatui from Auckland yesterday afternoon, the watersiders declined to answer the enll for labour. The explanation given was that they desired to reserve themselves for the Port Darwin, which is arriving to-day. The WingaUii was accordingly pent on to Napier, overwirrying cargo transhipped from the Wnimii at Auckland. The cargo will have to be transhipped again, and will not reach here before next Thursday.
