Moving in the Legislative! Assembly the second reading of a Bill to'provide the 44 hours week for all industries, the Minister of Labour said it would .apply ,to agricultural workers by spreading 88 hours over ;i fortnight. The Arbitration Court would havo tho power to prohibit overtime in any industry if it thought, (hero was such unemployment as to warrant thu prohibition.
