Mr.' Harding'a dying wish for our entrance into the World Court will be gratified. The Committee on Foreign Kelationg of the United States Senate will, at,/the forthcoming session of Congress,' report in favour of entrance into World. Court, under the pla-n proposed ; by President Harding, "Secretary of State;, (Mr. Hughes), and President Coblidge; and the Senate will, by a substantial majority, ratify this action.
