Charged with a breach of his prohibition order, John Taylor Williams (32) was fined 10s, in default seven days' imprisonment." On a charge of drunkenness, he was convicted and discharged.
John Bartholomew Ealph, a ship's cook, aged, 35, charged with that, being a Beaman lawfully engaged on the Euahine, he was absent without leave and without .sufficient reason from the j, ship,, was ordered to forfeit twelve days' pay and was sentenced to six weeks' imprisonment.
