The report and bal-ance-sheet, disclosing a successful season, were adopted. Rule 4 vyas. added to include that after Ist. December,. 1925, all new members pay an entrance fee of £2. Thres new members were elected. Rule 19 was altered to inclufl? the patron in the list of ex offlcio stewards. Officers were elected as under : Patron, Mr. W. J. Nix ;'president,'Mr.. W.E. Bidwill; vice-prefifieuts, Messrs Q. Donald, S. Cuudy, and C. Elgar; hon. judge, .Mr. J. W. Card; hon. treasurer, Mr. A. Clark; hon. timekeeper, Mr. T. Benton; hob..clerk of scales, Mr. J. Cross; hon. surgeons, Drs. J. A. Doctor, .H. E. Webb, and M. B. Tweed; auditors, Messrs. G. W. Sellar and C. W. Ritchie; stewards, Messrs. A. 0. Pearce, D. H. S. Riddiford, Jack Martin, D. C. Collins, R. N. Bartou, and D. Cameron.
