SHOULDER STRAPS
Shoulder-straps or ribbons of any kind must never show, either through the transparency of the. material or above the neckline of the dress. We are past that age when a glimpse of bluo ribbon shoulder-strap was considered very feminine anfl daring and piquant. Nothing in the shoulder-strap line is so good as narrow pieces of flesh-coloured georgette. .
