QUEEN'S THEATRE.

A remarkably excellent two-star programme commences a week's season at the Queen's Theatre this evening, headed by a comedy-drama, "Sherlock, Jr.," which features Buster Keaton, most famous of comedians, and Kathryn M'Guire. It is easily the most hilarious comedy that that popular star has done. It deals with Keaton, a general utility man in a, small town' theatre, who turns criminologist, the starting point of a multitude of most laughable adventures and happenings. It has been described as a "nut comedy with a multitude of exceptionally clever touches that fizz with concentrated pep and are flavoured with unlimited touches of humour." Ward Crane, Horace Morgan, Edwin Conelly, Ford West, John Patrick give excellent performances in support of the star. The other attraction, " The Sleepwalker," featuring Constance Binney and Jack Mulhnll, is a remarkably powerful and attractive romance that is most appealing. The ever-thrilling chapterplay "The Riddle Rider," featuring William Desmond and Eileen Sedgwick, advances another gripping stage. In addition, is n pleasing musical programme that will be, as usual, well rendered by the Select Orchestra, nnder the direction of Miss E. Dennehy.
