TO BE RECONSIDERED

SOCCER PLAYER'S SUSPENSION. (■I TILEGV.PB SPECIAL TO TRI POST.) DUNEDIN,_This Day. At last Monday's meeting of the Otago Football Association, Murray, the Seacliff captain and New Zealand representative, was suspended till the end of the season, the referee of the match against High School Old Boys having ordered him from the field of play on the ground of ungentlemanly behaviour. It was largely in view of the understanding that Murray's name was already on the cautioned list that this penalty was imposed. Since then a letter from the player and consequent consultation of the list show that Murray's name does not appear on it. This alters very considerably the position in regard to the punishment . inflicted, and it has been decided that the executive meet to-night to reconsider the matter.
