Krai Te Toroa, for forging his brother's) name, was admitted to probation for three years. Samuel Battrny, for forgery and uUering, was ordered reformative detention for twelve months. Frederick Chilcott Peter Norbery was found guilty of theft from the person, and sentence was deferred.
