THANKS BY RADIO
A short address was broadcasted from the Marblehead last night, and listenersin heard a kindly expression of warm gratitude for the reception given to the men of the fleet by New Zealand and Wellington in particular. Tho message, sent by Petty Officer K. L. Mornebead, ran:—"lt's one of the fleet speaking, who wishes to'thank you for the many kindnesses bestowed upon his mates since their arrival. No country we have yet visited could have tieatod us better than you. have. done. Wo shall never forget you, New Zealand, and some day perhaps we may return again. In tho meantime, accept our best wishes for the growth and prosperity of your great nation. Good-bye and God blesa you all."
