The delegate conference of the Miners' Federation in London agreed'with the executive's view that, despite the Government's refusal to accede to the request of the executive lor representation of the miners on the Commission of Inquiry, the federation should participate ,in the inquiry. The conferenca accordingly instructed the executive to present the miners' case to the Commission.
