John Patterson was fined £1 for exceeding the speed limit when turning a corn&r. ' •_ ' . Porcival Kilmister, • who exceeded the speed limit through Ngahauranga, was fined £1. Similarly charged, Jolin Patrick Rea was fined £1, and Andrew Fletcher and Charles Turrell were fined £2 each. : John Hardy wag fined 10s for allowing his chimney to be on fire.' Exceeding the speed limit on the Hu'tt road cost Andrew Fletcher £2, and Aubrey Josiah Humphreys £3. For cutting a corner, Matthew Summers was ordered to pay 18s costs, and Albert Edward Clifford-Marsh was fined £1. ■ ' : Passing a stationary tram cost John Robertson £1: For failing to keen to the left, George Albert Harris was fined £1. Roland Curran, who parked his car outside a public entrance, was fined 10s. For exceeding the speed limit on Constable street, Clarence Guy Wagg was ordered to pay 7s costs, and for a similar offence over an intersection he was j fined £2. " . Failure to provide a sufficient water | supply cost Mary Ann Traynor 10s. Stephen Hamilton was ordered to pay 7b costs for turning a motor-cycle in Willis street, and for riding without a silencer he was fined 10s. Isaiah Webb was fined 10s and ordered to pay 10s registration fee for failing to register a dog. For failing to place his vehicle parallel with the kerb, Arthur Sandford had to pay 7s costs, and for impeding a j trayncar was fined £3, with £1 Is costs. Failure to pay the Hutt road license feo cost Robert Milne and Knox H. Smith 10s each, and James M. Purchase 15s. Similarly charged, Allan A. WaiI lace was ordered to pay 7s costs. For allowing stock to wander, J'lary Agnes Disley was fijied £3, and Allan Orr, Albert John Clegg, and Henry Stephens were each fined 10s.
