The primary schools Rugby tournament opened to-day, in fine • weather. Wairarapa played Wellington this morning. After a scrambling game a draw resulted. Hunter kicked a, penalty goal for Wellington, and Smith a penalty goal for Wairarapa. The former had.slightly the better of the game, but their play lacked finish.
