ITALIAN CHARGE AGAINST
FRANCE.

VANCOUVER, Bth August. Count Antonio Cippico, an Italian Fascist Senator, speaking before the Institute of Politics at Williamstown, Massachusetts, declared that a great dream of supremacy in Northern Africa dominates French policy, and that France, by a system of slow absorption, is attempting to suppress free Italian nationality in Tunisia, Algeria. and Morocco. He charged France with failing to observe her conventions with Italy regarding Tunisia, and also declared that she is trying to enforce her moral supremacy upon the world as Germany tried to enforce Kultur.
