Wright (Wellington Suburbs) intends. to ask the Minister of Marine whether the special committee of scientific men which wns to fully in? vestigate the existing systems of observation and record in regard to both meteorology and hydroWgy, as promised last session; lias framed its report; and if so, will it be laid on the table of the ITonse.
