"MERRIE ENGLAND"
A CHORAL P.EKFOEMANCE.' The presentation of the light opera, "Merrie England,", as a choral feat will take place in the Town Hall on Saturday night. The performance is the Terrace Congregational Choir's contribution to the Karitane Hospital movement, and if the response of the public is appropriate to the reputation of the choir and tho preparation made for a good production, the addition to the fund should be a handsome one. The choir will be assisted by four ablri soloists, and two pianists, and Edward German's attractive music should be found thoroughly enjoyable at their hands.. Mr. Len Barnes will conduct the peformance.
