! PALMERSTON NOBTH SESSIONS. (IX TELBORAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) PALMERSTON N., This Day. [ The Supreme Court quarterly sessions opened this morning before the Chief Justice, Sir Robert Stout. In his charge to the Grand Jury, his Honour congratulated the district on the comparai tive freedom from crime. Only three prisoners would come before the jury, and none of the cases was of a serious' character. On the whole there was little crime in the district. True bills were returned in the cases of Benjamin Monk, alleged breaking, entering, and theft; John Evans, alleged indecent assault; and Cyril Nordbye, alleged breaches of the Bankruptcy Act.
