UNDEFENDED PETITIONS.
A number of undefended petitions in divorce were dealt with by his Honour Mr. Justice MacGregor in the Supreme Court to-day. Decrees nisi were granted in the following cases:—Elsie Mary May Maslem (Mr. S. A. Wiren) v. George Thomas Maslem, adultery; Eva May Rennie (Mr. G. H. Moir) v. Ronald Bruce Eennie, separation by mutual consent; Emma Keating (Mr. J. F. B. Stevenson) v. Charles Edward Keating, separation; Kathleen Piti (Mr. W. E. Leicester) v. James Piti, desertion; Norah M'lntosh (Mr. M'Grath) v. Thomas John M'lntosh, separation; George Edward Pickett (Mr. A. B. Sievwright) v. Sophia Jane .Pickett, separation; Dorothy Agnes Reid (Mr. P. W. Jackson) v. Leigh Hector Eewi Reid, separation. RESTITUTION. Orders for the restitution of conjugal rights were made in the cages of Alton Jamea Nimmo (Mr. R. Kennedy) v. Alice Nimmo, and Frederick James Spelman (Mr. J. F. B. Stevenson) v. Ira Miriam Spelman.
