UNIVERSITY EDUCATION
yiEWS OF B.M.A,
Dr. It. Campbell Begg stated the opinions of the British Medical Associa^ tion in regard to education for the .medical profession to the University Com-: mission on Saturday. He supported the. period of extension of the curriculum to six years, provided the additional time was given to clinical instruction as far as possible. The examination should be devised for a qualifying degree for the general practitioner. More post-graduate study was desirable. The B.M.A. was in favour of a. central controlling body for University education.
